Towhidul is a co-founder of Carnegie Law Chambers, alongside Aryan. Having arrived in the UK at a young age, he developed a deep passion for immigration and public law, and has been working in the field for over 10 years. Qualifying as a Solicitor in 2020 and being called to the Bar in 2022, Towhidul brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his clients.

Before founding Carnegie Law Chambers, Towhidul worked with the Home Office in the Public Law and Asylum team, where he gained invaluable insight into its inner workings. During his time there, he handled numerous high-profile political asylum cases from around the world, sharpening his expertise in complex immigration matters.

Now specializing in public law, Towhidul focuses on challenging unfair Home Office decisions, particularly where there is no right of appeal. He has an impressive track record of success in overturning refusals and revocations of sponsor licences, asylum applications, skilled worker visas, and visitor visa refusals. His experience also extends to EU law, deportation, ETS/TOEIC cases, unlawful detention, and asylum support and accommodation issues.

Towhidul is known for his hands-on approach, fostering strong and positive working relationships with his clients. He provides transparent and timely legal representation in what is a fast-paced and often challenging area of law.
