Kim has gained extensive experience across all areas of immigration law. He frequently appears before the First-tier and Upper Tribunals, representing appellants in appeals, Judicial Reviews, and bail applications. His expertise in Immigration Judicial Reviews is notable, with an impressive success rate in overturning visit visa refusals, asylum withdrawals, and fresh claim rejections.
Kim is also regularly instructed to represent the Home Office in the First-tier Tribunal, where he has worked on large, complex cases. This has provided him with extensive advocacy experience and a valuable perspective on the Home Office's approach to cases.
Family and Child Law
